Problem with livestream rewards

Obviously there is a problem with rewards for watching youtube livestreams in EASPORTS26 Ultimate Team. I didn't received rewards for MLB Cup and KPN eDivisie. I watched both of these streams live for over 2 hours. Additionaly MLB Cup reward is blocking the whole objective group reward. It seems like there is ~70% chance that automatic system will work properly and recognize that someone watched the stream. On EA Help consultant bots told me 3 times that there is a problem and EA team is working on it. I just want the rewards that I simply deserve to be manually added to my account by EA team.
