Promotion Match to Elite Division.

I was just recently in my third match of promotion from Division 1 to Elite division, and our game lost connection 5:55 into the game, with the game being 0-0. When we loaded back in to the lobby and it reset us to 12/18 points. This is ridiculous because we were in our second to last match for promotion while the game was tied. For the game to reset us back to 12/18 points even though the game lost connection is not right and should be fixed immediately. Please get back to me with my issue as soon as possible. We do not deserve to have to be restarted because the game lost connection and should be allowed to start back at 3 out of 4 matches for promotion.
