PS5 – Unable to connect to EA servers (FC 26) – only in CLUBS
Hello,
I am experiencing a persistent connection issue on EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5, but ONLY when trying to access Clubs.
Error message:
“Unable to connect to EA servers / Não foi possível se conectar aos servidores da EA”
Important detail:
The issue ONLY affects Clubs mode.
I can access and play other online modes normally, including:
- Ultimate Team
- Other online game modes
Current situation:
- PSN works normally
- PS Plus is active
- NAT Type 2
- Internet works normally on all devices
- Ultimate Team loads without issues
- Clubs fails every time with the EA servers error
What I already tested:
- Different networks (home Wi-Fi, Ethernet cable, mobile hotspot, neighbor’s network)
- Restarted modem/router multiple times
- Changed DNS (Google 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 and Cloudflare 1.1.1.1)
- Cleared PS5 cache
- Rebuilt database via Safe Mode
- Logged out and logged back into PSN
- Unlinked and relinked EA account (this fixed the issue once temporarily)
- Logged out of all trusted devices on EA account
- Tested with other PSN users
- Tested wired and wireless connections
Important observation:
Because Ultimate Team and other online modes work, and because the issue persists across multiple different networks, this does not appear to be an ISP or local network problem.
Request:
I kindly ask for this issue to be escalated to the game team, as it seems to be
