PS5 - Have Yet To Be able to Access Ultimate Team

I sent a request for technical support last week and have not as of yet received any type of response from EA. I ordered the game early for the PS5 console, live in the southeast Texas region, and have not been able to access Ultimate Team for more than a few minutes before being freezing up. 

The game has been deleted and re-downloaded. There is no issue playing other games, so it’s not an issue on this end with the server. 

Has anyone had any type of luck accessing Ultimate Team? Any work around? Any progress being made?

Sounds like you (EA) made some exciting changes to the game this year. Sure would be nice to play, or at least be given the courtesy of acknowledging the issue.
