FC 26 RTTF League kickoff disconnect consumed entries and blocked qualification

FC 26 RTTF League qualification was blocked by a kickoff disconnect bug. I had 14 entries and needed to complete at least 12 matches. Multiple matches disconnected immediately after kickoff and still consumed my entries. Because of this technical issue, qualification is now impossible through no fault of my own. Please investigate my account, escalate this issue, and restore the lost entries or provide a fair remedy/compensation.
