The fact that the community managerEA_Aljo basically turns round and says “it’s not our problem, it’s Sky” without any additional context or background as to what the issue is, tells you all you need to know about how much this company cares about its customers.
THE FACTS
No issues until the latest patch.
No issues on any other games or devices
Sky are saying to me over the phone, it’s an EA issue with changes they made to the game
So If Sky doesn’t know and EA are blaming the ISP, where do the 1000s of people (and there are a shed loads across multiple platforms complaining) go from hereEA_Aljo ? Your response is genuinely shambolic and offers the customer zero.
EA need to discuss this with one of the largest ISPs in the UK and resolve this or you’re about to lose a large proportion of the UK player base as it’s not fit for purpose.
And since the last maintenance I’ve had the below 5/7 games I’ve played all in the 80+ minute. THIS IS A JOKE!!!!!
