28 days agoHi there. You should be able to open a case to get some help with this. Try following these steps:
- Go to help.ea.com
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Select 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
That should let you open a case. Thanks!

After several attempts over two weeks, visiting forums with no response, and contacting online support, all I get are automated replies saying: “Yes, we are aware of this issue, many people are affected, but we can’t do anything for you.” And this is all for a simple account synchronization. I’m certain that at most five commands would have been enough. Instead of playing and enjoying the game I paid $110 for, I spend my time searching for a solution that isn’t even my responsibility. I’m quitting FC26, and this is the last time I will use any EA service.
