Really laggy game

I recently bought Ea sports FC 26, and my first session was really nice, until I want to play again, then my game was insanely laggy, like 3 frames per seconds for no reason and offline too, so it not a connection problem, I have required equipment, and even play in low quality of everything doesn't fix this problem, if any of you experienced this issue and knows how to deal with it, sharing it would be very much appreciated.
