Remove every Cutscene/Animation please

My GPU usage goes to 100% when i open a Pack or every Cutscene.
Cornerkick is impossible to play without Vysnc ON and 60fps
Whats wrong?? Can only play SquadBattles since the Release...
Rush goes well! soft...

Played Rivals only to get the points and at 30fps/60fps and 60 herz with performance issues
Please help asap
