Request: Account-Specific Gameplay Issues – Possible Cloud Data Problem
I’ve been experiencing persistent gameplay issues on my EA account only. The gameplay feels unusually slow, delayed, and heavy, and it has been this way all year. I’ve already tried every troubleshooting step on my end, including reinstalling, clearing cache, checking network stability, changing devices, and adjusting in game settings.
Because this issue seems to be account specific and not related to hardware or network, I’m wondering if there might be a problem with my account data or cloud save. Is it possible to:
- Review my cloud data
- Reset or refresh any corrupted cloud files
- Clear any saved configurations tied to my account
- Or perform any type of account side refresh that might fix this?
I’m not asking for gameplay adjustments, just a check to make sure nothing on the account or cloud side is causing the persistent sluggish gameplay.
