Rivals delay game

I downloaded the game from steam.  
But when i try to play rivals and other online modes its not responding . My ping stays 45-50 ms . But players don't response. For an example if i pass the ball it doesn't pass the ball and the players move by their own. But in other hand i can play rush mode swiftly . Theres no problem with rush . But when i try to play rivals or season mode . It delays like unplayable. Im using cable with my router to pc. And i also changed 3 controllers but still the issue is same.. the game is unplayable when it comes to rivals or tournaments.but as i said earlier i can play rush easily. What causes this and how to fix it . Please need help
