Rivals Disconnection Issues

Folks on several occasions I have been disconnected,  I'm unsure of the reasons behind it, my Broadband is very stable so I shouldn't be encountering a connection error.

With this in mind, I'm losing reward points and coins due to DNF Modifiers , now what frustrated me more is that it appears to be happening regularly when I am winning , this can't continue
