Rivials is unplayable duo to huge Delay (5sek)

After 5 ingame minutes I get a huge delay. If I press pause there is no delay but as soon as I go back into the game the delay Codes back. I only have this Problem im Rivals and Champions. I have this problem for nearly a month now. Please help (PC with wird controller)
