Same old FPS-drop issue

Between halves the FPS drops to 4–5 and gets stuck.

Even with the game set to 720p, Low graphics settings, and 70 render scale, it still randomly stutters. With my GPU I can barely even see the ball.
Is this really not going to be fixed after three months? Do your developers not know how to resolve this issue?
Test the game on a 1650 or 3050 and you will understand what the problem is.

If you cannot fix the game, then refund our money.
