SBC WEB App Problem

Hi, I just submitted an SBC for 88 max base hero pack through web app. i have a few active squad members on the bench when i submitted the sbc, but it still got submitted. now i lost Nico Williams, Bompastor and dumfries totaling worth 300,000 fifa coin(Now it only appears as concept player). please help me rectify my problem.

The players were on my bench when i submitted the sbc.
