Screen blurrier when kick off on Rives

My screen gets really blurry when I’m playing Rivals, but it only happens when I’m up against PC players on my Xbox Series X. It’s strange because when I pause the game or when the score is displayed, everything looks fine, but as soon as the game is in full swing, it’s all messed up. What’s going on?
