Season Pass service unavailable and FC Hub missing on PS5

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my FC 26 account on PS5 for over 7 days. The "Season Pass" service is unavailable, and SP Points/FC Hub are missing from my menus.

I have already tried the following without success:

1. Reinstalled the game on PS5.
2. Deleted "Personal Settings" and "Profile" files.
3. Signed out and uninstalled the Companion App.
4. Changed game language and checked for system updates.
5. Played matches (Rivals/Squad Battles) but SP still doesn't track.

The error message I receive is: "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable". Please perform a manual synchronization/refresh of my account entitlements.
