Seasons- losing connection in ps5, unable to start match

Question

Its been happening for the past week. Wifi connection is great, connection type of ps5 is Nat 2. Everytime i go to search for a match it show "lost onlinr connection" and when I go to the previous page and try to login again it does so very easily. I tried playing it on my roommates ps5 with my account and same wifi and the game is working flawlessly in it.

Other online games are working on my ps5 indicating its neither a ps5 nor a wifi connection issue.

My FC 26 matchmaking has stopped working on one PS5 for about a week. I get “You have lost your online connection” when searching for a match.

I have tested:
• NAT Type 2
• Same Wi-Fi works perfectly with FC 26 on another PS5
• My exact PSN/EA account works with FC 26 on another PS5
• The affected PS5 gives the same error using my phone hotspot
• Other game online matchmaking works perfectly on the affected PS5
• Restarted PS5/router
• Cleared PS5 system cache
• Signed out/in of PSN
• DNS is automatic

This strongly suggests the general PS5/network connection is working and the issue is specific to FC 26 on this console. Please check for an EA-side issue affecting this console/account and escalate to the FC 26 technical team if necessary. I don't want to repeat generic DNS/NAT troubleshooting that I've already completed.

Even reinstalled fc26, still the same issue.
