I’m having the same problem. I had the same issue a few months ago and stopped playing; I came back, but the problem persists. For the past two days, about 20 of my wins haven’t been counted—and the strange thing is, it’s not recording losses against the opponents that appear either. I found the opponent I played against and asked them, “It looks like the match never even happened.” I wrote to EA Support about this yesterday, and others have posted that they’re experiencing the same issue and are looking for a solution.
