Seasons mode is unplayable on ps5

Hallo dear, Ea. 

I am very tired of glitch “no loss” users. I played 5 games, all wins. Guess how much is count? 1!!!

all other players use glitch on ps 5 and quit without losing. You have informed about this problem more than 5 months ago and still problem isn’t fixed. 

I understand that your main event is ut, but a lot of people playing different mode. Pls fix it!!! There is a lot of same cases with this problem, but no one have the answer. Pls help. 

in attachment conversation with one of bug users, they are literally laughing of other players who don’t use it. Pls help!!!!! Guys help to up this problem!
