Security violation crash game not started

I purchased the game in November and played it for a short time, but there was a slow-motion issue in the game, so I updated my graphics card. After that, I started getting the error shown in the attachment. The error message is: “This software cannot be used with this game.”
I found and tried many solutions on the web, but none of them worked. Steam also rejected my refund request. Paying for a game and not being able to play it is really disappointing. Does anyone have a solution?

By the way, I also closed many background applications and tried running the game after starting the computer with a clean boot, but that didn’t help either.
