Server Disconnecting on Squad Battles

Occasionally after a squad battles game the game will say that it can't connect to the EA servers and kick me out of ultimate team.

This only happens in squad battles and will only appear after the game is finished, meaning I play the entire game and finish with 0 points earned.

It's really started to get on my nerves now but I've know idea how to stop it from happening.
