Servers are atrocious

Its been happening in every game for me for the last several months.  I get a message of unstable connection (not sure if its a player hack) or if EA's servers are their regular crap connection.  Gameplay becomes lethargic and the inputs get delayed by seconds.  The game is and becomes more frustratingly unplayable.  Of course I lose the matchs, I have the best losing streak of all time due to it happening all the time.  Months and months have passed and it keeps happening.  I've tried reaching out to EA through this forum but nothing ever seems to happen.  Not buying next years game, I recently started asking EA for a refund. Wish they would reply.  The gameplay is that atrocious.  The rare times the game works, I cant lose. I know in the first few seconds of the game, if I will be able to defend or hold on to the ball, due to the input delays and unstable connection.  Its not my expensive game console and its not my connection.
