Servers go down, we get punished

FIFA kicked me out and said I couldn’t connect to servers, despite internet on and working fine on every device and my account still be logged on and online.

But of course fifa counts that as a loss on weekend and we get punished for their constant connectivity issues every week.

Year after year they then make it harder to contact anyone about it, voiding themselves of any responsibility.
