Go to nvidia settings put opengl rendering to nvidia, also any other renderings if you have, also, turn on hardware acceleration in Windows, type win+r %appdata% remove all ea and graphic shades cache, scroll to temp that its somewhere near that folder or ask the chatgpt how to remove all ea cache, restart the pc, start the game again and you should play at least 3 without for drop, and even if drops it gonna stay playable.
Also, you may open intel graphics command center and try to make as many things off so that it can be handled by your nvidia .
In the nvidia game settings limit the game fps to your display hz amount.
Also, turn on v-sync in ingame graphics settings and put half frame rate for highlights and stuff.
It may help if you turn off stadium and players shadows in visual settings.
All graphics on low is must, you need the fast game for online matches.
