World tour silver superstars league 6 attempts problem

Well, I had played that silver league live event and I got 17 wins and lost only 2 matches to find out that the remaining 16 attempts has been taken away and that I am out of attempts??!??

I restarted the game and it gave me only 3 attempts in which I won 2 out of them and there was an opponent that left the match before we go into the game which counted as an attempt??!

It is unrealistic that a remaining total of 14 attempts in which I still have to be taken away due to a server glitch or so !!!!!

any help in what should I do ?
