Severe FPS drops / Performance issues in EA FC 26 on PC

I’m experiencing the same severe FPS drops in FC 26.
My CPU usage stays very low (~20–30%) while the temperature goes extremely high (90–93°C), which doesn’t happen in other games. GPU goes up to 100%.
This issue also happened to me during the Beta, but I thought it was because it was a test version. Now it’s still the same in the full release.
Game sometimes runs fine at 120 FPS, but randomly drops to 10–15 FPS, especially when entering matches. Only restarting the game sometimes helps.
Clearly this is a bug with how the game uses the CPU. Please fix this or share a workaround.

GPU : RTX 3050
