Could you confirm whether this issue has been acknowledged and passed on to the development team?
Many players still cannot play the game they paid for.
I have shared a temporary solution that works for me in about 80% of matches, but I still experience FPS drops when even opening packs!!! For many others, this workaround does not resolve the problem.
Silence on this matter is frustrating for the community. Even a short update would reassure players that the issue is being taken seriously.
We would greatly appreciate clear communication and an update on when a proper fix can be expected.
best solutin: ask for refound until this problem is solve, i recive my refound from steam ( i have standard edition ) but i still have ea play pro if tehy don`t solve i don`t buy so is ok for me :-?? si fell sorry for the guys who pay ultimate edition for this trash experience...
