Showcase Demo Not Working

Can anyone help, I’ve not bought the game this year and wanted to try it via the showcase demo on Xbox series X. However whenever loading the game after confirming your settings it tries to load into the game and main screen and freezes without fail every time. Any help please?

I’ve tried all the usual steps already, reinstalled it twice, force quit, restart, turned off console, erased saved file data, nothing is working, is this an ea server error with the demo that needs fixing or can anyone help?
