Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

Is anyone else having problems on PC like me?

1. During Rivals, after one half or when match started, the framerate drops from a minimum of 30+ or ​​60+ per second to 3-4 per second, making it unplayable. The menu isnt responding or react with 10+s time responding, the CPU is at 100% use. The hardware is fine, Ive checked with benchmarks software. In FC 25 didn't have these issues. Various graphical solutions have been used to resolve the issue, and the problem is only persist in Rivals.
2. During Rivals, my gamepad controls are cut off partially or completely. While running, players sometimes are forced to move in one direction, down or up, whatever and I'm unable to react. I cant switch between the players, they are locked, leaving me without control. Thanks too this I lost 3 matches in a row leading previously in each of them. Pausing helps, but then the problem recurs multiple times throughout the match.
   
   EA FIX THIS PLZ. We spend a lot of money and we cant play.
