Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

i play on pc and i have a gtx 1650, 10th gen i5

when playing online(ultimate team) the game runs smooth and i get a constant 100fps but somtimes it just randomly falls to 10 or 8 fps and stays that way until the match ends.

otherwise when the fps is good and stable i run into another issue where i dont have control of my players and i just have to look untile the game decides to give me back control, it would seem like a connection issue when it happens but that isn't the case. rivals is unplayable at this point.
