First, I did this: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/how-to-clean-boot-your-computer/.
Next, I did Run as Administrator
Launch the EA App and Steam and the game with admin rights.
I'm playing in fullscreen mode without V-sync. Naturally, I disabled realistic hair and cloth.
The game now runs very well.
Try following the steps in the first link carefully. Please ensure all third-party anti-cheat services are disabled, as they may conflict with EA's anti-cheat.
