When I first launch the game on my computer, it runs at 20–25 FPS. After 10–15 minutes, the FPS returns to normal

This problem has existed since release, and EA isn't doing anything about it. The same goes for the graphics settings, which still aren't saving and keep changing. I now want my money back because this is fraud on EA's part. They're selling an unfinished game that doesn't work properly.
