Severe FPS drops after restarting the game (UT)

Any good news after the update about the lags and other stuffs .... i still cant play to the game even with the UPDATE 1.0.2 ! I'm starting to become hopeless !

    i couldnt even play before this patch, now i can play but after half time it becomes unplayable again
