Severe Input Delay and Lag in EA FC 26 (Seasons & Ultimate Team)

Dear EA Support Team,

I’m experiencing heavy input delay and gameplay lag in EA FC 26, especially in Seasons and Ultimate Team modes. Player responses feel delayed, passing and shooting commands take time to register, and gameplay often stutters even when my ping is normal and my connection is stable.

I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps including restarting my router, using a wired connection, clearing cache, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game — but the issue still persists.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050

RAM: 16 GB

OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)

Given my setup and stable internet, I don’t think this issue is on my end. Please investigate this problem or share any official fixes or updates planned for this. It’s affecting gameplay experience badly and makes competitive modes nearly unplayable.

    Hello EA Support,

    I’m experiencing severe gameplay delay and input lag in EA SPORTS FC 26 during online matches.

    The game feels extremely heavy and unresponsive. There is a noticeable delay between my controller inputs and the players’ actions. Players sometimes move late, fail to respond correctly, or perform actions that I did not input.

    What makes this more frustrating is that offline gameplay is completely smooth, so the issue appears to be related to online gameplay or the connection to EA servers.

    My internet connection is stable and working normally, and I have already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, including restarting the router and console and checking my connection. However, the problem is still happening.

    Please investigate whether there is an issue with the EA servers, matchmaking, or my connection to the game servers.

    Platform: PS4
    Game: EA SPORTS FC 26

    I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue seriously, as it is significantly affecting my online gameplay experience.
