Severe recurring store bug on account Ultimate Team constantly freezing
I am reporting a serious and ongoing issue affecting my EA account on PlayStation 5.
For several months, the in-game store has been stuck on “Winkel wordt bijgewerkt…” every single time I try to access it. This happens daily and prevents me from accessing packs and time-limited content.
In addition, Ultimate Team frequently freezes, making the game unstable and difficult to use properly.
This is happening on PlayStation 5 with a wired and stable internet connection. I have configured custom DNS settings and other online features generally work normally, so this does not appear to be a connection issue on my side.
The problem has been recurring for months and has significantly impacted my gameplay experience. I paid full price for this game and I am unable to properly access core features like the store. This situation needs proper investigation and resolution.
I request that this issue be escalated and that my account be reviewed or refreshed if necessary. EA support may contact me privately for account details if required.
Given the duration and impact of this issue, appropriate compensation should also be considered.
I hope this can be addressed seriously.
