Shocking Customer Support!
EA has by far been the worst company I’ve dealt with over the years, their customer support is abysmal for such a huge company. I’m actually shocked at how bad they are at dealing with simple complaints.
I contacted customer support on Monday evening having discovered someone had hacked into my account and sold my entire squad worth 8-10m coins plus the rest of my tradeable players, they’d also stole my remaining 300k coins. I spoke to 3 separate advisors and each one was absolutely useless, made me go through the same security questions and each time tell me I’d failed the security check despite me explaining I still had access to both my EA account and my UT and just needed them to look at my account history on their end and they’d see the unusual activity proving someone had hacked my account.
This fell on deaf ears each time and was recommended to try again in 24 hours. Fast forward a few days and I log in to discover a message telling me I now have a transfer ban for suspicious activity on my account, as you can understand by this point my head is ready to explode with rage!
I have appealed the transfer ban and yet again explained my previous interactions with customer support and frustratingly I still haven’t even had a response from them 2 days later.
They’re happy to take my money for packs which I had spent hundreds of pounds on but have no interest in helping me when something goes wrong. I’m now £400-500 out of pocket and now with a transfer ban for someone hacking my account!
