As you can see guysEA_EduEA_DarkoEA_Aljo all went quiet the minute they realised it was the same issues as 30 other threads they’re actively ignoring. I’ve never in all my life seen a company treat their paying customers with so much disrespect. Disgusting doesn’t even sum it up.
We've asked for dialogue around what conversations EA have had with Sky? I have an email from a Sky engineer who said, they have ZERO information from EA around this issue, so much to the point no one at EA has even flagged an issue to them. This is incredible.
EA are doing nothing. Provided us with a game that doesn’t work for over a month, no compensation, no refunds, nothing. I tell you what works without too many issues - the store. Go figure.
