I tried the VPNEA_Darko but whilst it offered initial relief for 30 mins or so it reverted back to the same problems. The fact that the solution is use a VPN is incredible.
Anyway, I after 50 days, countless hours on the phone to Sky, they agreed to release me from my contract and I moved suppliers free of charge with termination fees waived. I can honestly say hand on heart I wont buy another edition of this game, I’m fully invested this year but I’m done. We were hung out to dry by EA and Sky were not much better either.
Since the switch a few days back, no issues. But what I will say is EA are an absolute disgrace for how this has been handled. VPN, useless workarounds, they made 8BN profit and run the company like a tin pot organisation who doesn’t care about their customers
Hey RogLaBelle I understand the frustration but I only suggest testing on a VPN as a number of users reported that it fixed the issue.
That a VPN fixed the issue would mean that the issue lay on the ISP side rather than the game, and is a great way for us to gather more info for the team.
