Exact same issues here. Sky UK user.. browsing the UT menus is excruciatingly slow. Almost takes me 5 minutes to login to UT now. As soon as you see the EA loading logo at the bottom be prepared to wait multiple minutes for anything to happen. I'm literally sick to the back teeth of it now to the point it puts me in a awful mood.
Imagine you buy something from a shop that has issues, it can easily be returned for a full refund. These lot just blame you!

Just a quick update.. I have managed to fix mine by opening the ports on my router. Not been kicked since and no slow loading screens via the menus.
