Slow gameplay after purchase.

S0 I played the 10 hour free trial and the gameplay was so crisp and responsive im on pc by the way. But as soon as i bought the game my gameplay went to **bleep** i kid you not. not sure if it was the patch that did it but its an **bleep**ing joke you can pay so much money for a game for a game that just goes to **bleep** so slow and unresponsive players its a joke same old ea. How do you get a refund because i want one its a joke.
