Slow-motion gameplay although FPS is 120

We’re investigating reports of slow-motion gameplay and FPS issues. If you’re affected, please share:

• Full hardware specs (platform, CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD/HDD, laptop or desktop)
• When the issue happens – Does it start during cutscenes? Only in gameplay? Only online or in specific modes?
• What it feels like – Input delay, network lag, FPS drops/stuttering, or slow motion despite high FPS?
• Your graphics settings (resolution, rendering scale, V-Sync/VRR, etc.)

If possible, please include a short video showing the issue (with FPS/monitoring overlay if on PC).

Hi, thanks for looking into this. I’m affected by the slow-motion / heavy gameplay issue on PC and here are my details.

Hardware / 
• PC : AMD ryzen 7
• GPU: RTX 3060 (6 GB)
• RAM: 16 GB
• Storage: SSD
• Windows 11 

When the issue happens
• Heavy menus already in Ultimate Team
• The gameplay feels very heavy and random fps drops are a headache.
•Yes even more so during corners, celebrations cutscenes it drops to 10-15 fps and stays the same entire match.
• Every mode, happens even in squad battles.

What it feels like
• Strong input delay (players react late to commands)
• Random FPS drops and stutter
• Menus feel unusually heavy and slow to navigate

Graphics settings
• Native resolution
• Rendering scale at 100
• Hair strands off, all graphics set to low.
• V-Sync off.

I’ve already tried the common troubleshooting steps suggested by the community (lower settings, config tweaks, etc.), but the core issue remains. The game feels consistently heavy and unresponsive compared to what the hardware should handle.

please solve this issues asap. the current state of the game is unplpayable.

EA_Hux​ your turn. I have same issues with my game as everyone in this forum now for days :)

issue happens right after I open the game. In menus in game modes online offline no matter what I try to play.

EA_Hux​ what type of file video have to be? I cant upload .mp4 .avi. mov

Lock the FPS from Nvidia Control Panel. Try 120 first. Usually locking it equally to your screen HZ works. This is the only working solution for slowmo. 

Why is EA still silent about the sudden FPS drop issue? Can't such a large company find a solution? Sometimes the FPS suddenly drops to 10-15 after the second half, and sometimes after 2-3 games. When will this be fixed?

there is any solution ? i did every solution in this topics and other topics , non of them works ,   i finally fixed auto setting change to ultra with set permission file to read only 
now slow motion gameplay still exist its not playable right now 🤧

when i launched game fps will be fine like 170 fps 
when i started any game mode like kick off, manager carrer mode match my fps drops to 7 or 6 fps 
all my graphic setting are low
