SO MUCH LAG BETWEEN LOADING SCREENS ON PS5

Why is this an issue on PS5?? Does anyone else face the same problems. Its making the game unplayable and so counter productive. On the pitch there seems to be no lag. But as soon as im out of the game, the servers lag. And i get this notification “you have been disconnected from EA servers. “ please help me find a solution. Should i delete the game and reinstall?
