Some type of bug with Reedeming my rewards

So i recently had earned a lot of packs but when I wanna claim them it says that I have some rewards that I still have to claim,so I tried reedeming my 2 evolution awards but it ends up saying that “there’s was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers and to try again I’ve had this problem for about 2 days and it really annoying and I went to the app and it says the same thing. I am in the urge of quitting the game completely because of this please help.(just started playing a month ago)
