I have the exact same issue as you. Done everything you have done but nothing works.
I have waited since the release to play but I am unable to. Apart from on here who else can we contact?
Now I'm at least sure EA is aware of the problem. Their manager created a discussion on Steam ( https://steamcommunity.com/app/3405690/discussions/0/596286707636137859/?ctp=10 ). But it's still no solution. I think that we need to give them as much info as we can
