Still missing fc points hours after purchase

I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

This issue is not yet solved! We are still looking into players on PlayStation not receiving their FC Points.

If you play on PlayStation and bought FC points but didn't get them, could you please provide the following information:

What platform do you play on? (Either PS4 or PS5)

Where did you buy your FC points?

What is your PSN ID?

When did you buy your points? (An exact timestamp and time zone would be ideal.)

If you play on another platform and didn't receive your FC Points, please wait 24 hours before reaching out to our live support team with your proof of purchase for assistance. Thank you!

Both Errors are exactly the same. It happens in the EA Companion App and also when i try tp buy the points in Game on the console. It worked fine and then out of nowhere, around two weeks ago it stopped working. After it stopped working and both Errors accured I tried buying fc points directly from the ps store but if you do that, the points will never show up in game

I think there is no hope for us, I have talked to 5 EA support people and 2 PSN support people, no one helps.
