Store Crash: Expired Evolution Stuck in Unassigned - Case ID: 237454961!!!!
Hi EA Community Managers,
I am writing this to report a critical account-level bug that is preventing me from accessing the Store.
The Issue:
I have an Expired Evolution card stuck in my Unassigned list. Whenever I try to enter the Store, the game either crashes back to the menu or gives a "Communication Error" with the EA Servers. This is happening on both the PS5 console and the Web App/Companion App.
Steps Taken (Guided by EA Help - Case ID: 237454961):
I spent hours with an EA representative (Aditya) and performed the following troubleshooting steps:
- Full Power Cycle: Unplugged the console for more than 30 seconds.
- Safe Mode Maintenance: I entered Safe Mode on my PS5 and performed a "Rebuild Database" (Option 5).
- Cache Clearing: Cleared all temporary system data.
The Result:
Despite performing a full console maintenance, the issue persists. This confirms 100% that the problem is not local. It is a server-side database conflict linked to my EA Account's Unassigned list. The representative acknowledged that he is not a "decision maker" and could only report it to the Studio Team.
Request:
We need the Studio Team to manually clear or "discard" the stuck items from my Unassigned list. I cannot open packs, I cannot engage with the market, and I am losing time on limited-time objectives.
Please escalate Case ID: 237454961 to the specialist team. Many other players are reporting the same "Evo Bug" on the forums; we need a permanent fix now.
