Stuck joystick

I have been playing the game on PC for a month and from the first day I have problem with left joystick. Sometimes there is no problem, but it happens so randomly. When I hold joystick for at least 2 sec and then stop holding it, my player is still running that direction and my controller freezes for about 10 sec. 
Iam hopeless right now because I tried everything from buying new controller to switching every in game setting, but nothing helped me.

If anyone has the same problem or even has an idea what to do, I will be very grateful for your help.
