Stuterring and lag after last update

Does anyone found any solution ?

I tried the nvidia drivers 577.00,no result.I tried to disable xmp,same no result. I put my computer on control panel on high performance..same...i disabled vsync in the game and frame limiter + used borderless..put all the graphics settings to low..nothing solved this problem...i also uninstalled and reinstalled the game  + ea app.

My pc configuration is 13700k,rtx 4080 founders edition,32 gb 6000 mhz. The game is installed on a ssd 990 pro Samsung.
