stuttering, setting not saving, and lag pc

hello, i facing several issues in fc 26 on pc. the frame rate stutters and drops frequently despite good specifications i7-12700H, RTX 3050,16GP RAM, SSD. display setting is not saved after restarting the game. Extremely slow performance during the second half, especially after throw-ins delayed passes and gameplay issues is anyone else experiencing these problems or has found a solution? Also, is there any performance difference between the EA App version and the Steam version?
